This policy describes how Kingdom Custom Construction LLC collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers of participants in our SMS notification program.
- Information Collected: We collect the mobile phone number of anyone who opts in to receive SMS notifications from Kingdom Custom Construction, along with the timestamp and method of consent.
- How We Use It: Mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver SMS notifications about internal operations (purchase orders, change orders, operational digests). We do not use mobile numbers for marketing or advertising.
- Non-Sharing: Kingdom Custom Construction does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are handled solely by Kingdom Custom Construction and our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message from
+1 (864) 400-2119. Upon opt-out, we will send one confirmation message and cease further messages.

- Data Retention: Mobile numbers are retained only while you remain opted in. Upon opt-out, the number is removed from active messaging within 24 hours.
